I’m Michelle McCarty, a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) and clinical counsellor with experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. My approach is warm, empathetic, and tailored to meet your unique needs. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, ADHD, autism, OCD, and grief.
